Sixteen riders did not start and one rider did not finish.
I Taylors entry was found to be valid on the day of the race, however at the time of publishing the start sheet his club was not affiliated to CTT. Since then the team has re-affiliated with CTT and we are happy to details Ians club as MTS Cycles/Inkland RT.
