A day which threatened rain produced a few showers but dried out in the end. The showers were locallised which meant that some parts of the circuit were wet and others dry.
Event Info
The race did not produce any real fireworks, but from the lead car's perspective there were riders trying to get away but were all pulled back before they could establish any gap.
The primes on Saltwick hill were shared by Tony Glover and Geoff Mount, with geoff winning two to Tony's one. However the King of the Mountains prize was shared by Tony Glover and Malcolm Lewis with 8 points each.
