Club 10
Starting at 7.00pm on Nelson Way (Junction with Colbourne Ave), Nelson Industrial Estate, Cramlington. This 10 mile Club Time Trial is open to all riders aged 12 and above.
Event Info
A damp dull evening greeted the riders for the last Barnesbury CC ten of the year. Not a lot of wind helped somewhat but the greasy roundabouts made for careful cornering. However, it did not slow up the fastmen who produced their usual very fast times.
The event was won,again, by Colin Humphrey of Sports Cover in 20.18. A phenominal ride considering his recent exertions riding 3500 miles across america and last week his wife producing a brand new baby. Congratulations from us all.
2nd was Ian Taylor of Herbalife in 20.41 and
3rd was Our old friend Harry Walker of Swift Racing in 21.43.
