Presentation Night

You are invited to attend our annual prize giving at East Hartford Community Centre on Saturday 16th November, commencing at 6.30pm.
As last year, pie/peas will be provided for members - or there are options of hot dog and chips, or chips-only available if you prefer. We will need to charge for any non-members (£5 for P/P, £3 for HD & C, £1.50 for chips only) , so it's vital you confirm attendance and numbers of any non-members requiring P/Ps or whatever by at least Monday 11th November as we need to give numbers to the community centre volunteers.
We’ll do the presentations from 6.30 until about 7.15 in case you need to leave early, after which the meal will be served.
If you are going to come along and require a meal, please reply to give me numbers for pie and peas or the alternatives, together with names, and if any of you are non-members. Please reply by 11th November at the latest.
I hope you’ll come along to celebrate the successes and progress of our members over many disciplines and age categories. The recognition gives great encouragement to our younger members.
