The Muddy Monday MTB League is also supported by British Cycling who are keen to develop mountain biking in the north east. Stephen McIntosh league organiser said “The league is designed to enable anyone to take part from those new to cycling to those who have experienced top level racing”. I want to take forward our clubs vision of developing YOUR cycling potential, this league with the fantastic support from our supporters will complement our weekly Saturday off road coaching initiative and the programme of activity we have developed over many years in other branches of cycle sport to provide riders the opportunity and support to have a go at all branches of cycle sport”.
