On Saturday 11th June 2016 the club will be hosting the 2nd BMX Youth League in memory of George Webster who helped established the BMX track at Gallagher Park and was one of the founders of the Friends of Gallagher Park.
The series of 4 weekly beginner friendly BMX races are an ideal way to get involved in the sport of BMX. On Saturday we will be running coaching as normal (10.00-11.00am MTB, 11.00-12.00pm) followed immediately by the BMX races. You will need:
£4 entry fee per race
Parental consent
A full face helmet and a suitable bike (we have a limited number)
Full finger gloves and long sleeved top and trousers
A drink might be useful as well. Riders and parents are urged to turn up in good time to complete the paper work required. The presentation will commence after the final race on Saturday 2nd July 2016.
